This bill appears to have been built from the bottom up, and appears to have little or no stated objectives related to the various sections of the bill. It is a disaster waiting to happen. Every American citizen should be asking some basic questions of their congressmen:
[1] Why does congress hold itself exempt from full participation in this bill (which they deem MANDATORY for every other citizen?)
[2] Exactly HOW does this bill assure that those of us who now have our own medical plans will be able to keep them (and that the companies we work for, or from which we have retired, will CONTINUE to offer our plans with no changes?)
[3] Exactly HOW does this bill limit health care benefits to US CITIZENS, and EXCLUDE coverage to illegal aliens?
[4] Exactly HOW can congress add health care coverage for 40(+) million people without raising the overall costs of health care in the nation?
[5] Why does the bill NOT ADDRESS tort reform?
[6] WHY should US citizens believe the federal government can properly establish and manage nation health care (HR 3200), given the failures of other government-run programs, like Social Security and Medicare?

I agree whole heartedly.

On top of that, it will only add to our overall debt. Which, since the TARP, and other blank checks given to select banks, is more than our GDP. We need to restore the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and make the federal government dictate to the local government.

Rep. Betsy Markey (Colorado's 4th District) currently has a web survey asking if you support the health care "reform" proposal. It is a quick, painless survey and a small chance for the people to speak. Please go and take the survey while it is there. http://betsymarkey.house.gov/Forms/Form/?ID=423&Preview=true

As a Libertarian, I would like to suggest the following links for true health care reform:

Probably THE BEST video regarding healthcare that I have seen:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9EYmDnFrHCQ

What is really going on with healthcare "reform:"
•	http://www.cato-at-liberty.org/2009/06/25/three-worthwhile-health-care-videos/ (the previous link is the first of the three in this list) These are short.

Here is a list of the 20/20 episode Sick in America, Whose Body Is It Anyway (ABC's John Stossel) that presents healthcare reform solutions (even Sicko's Michael Moore is interviewed):

•	http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpsEAVbCkMM
•	http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=refrYKq9tZQ

•	http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_KCLm9cekU

GREAT Info on Health Care Debate:
•	http://www.cato.org/pubs/bp/html/bp101/bp101index.html (for when people spout off about how the World Health Organization ranks the USA 37th in the world)

Good YouTube Video Channels:
